Photo editing can be a large part of a portrait photographer's job.  Even if you don't think your photos are photoshopped or edited, there is a good chance they are enhanced a bit.  

While I enjoy playing around with some fun editing techniques, the majority of my sessions don't require a ton of crazy editing.  So, I sometimes will edit some of my family pictures I take, not to make anyone look slimmer or anything like that, but to draw out details and play around a bit.

So, I thought it might be fun to share one so you can see the before and after.  This is my little one napping one lazy weekend and she looked so peaceful I grabbed my camera.  I actually ended up liking the image so much that it is in a frame on our gallery wall now.
